A few common issues, and what to do about each.

Forgot your password?

Reset it by email — this is always safe to do, even if you're not sure you remember it right.

Didn't get a confirmation or invitation email?

Check your spam/junk folder, and confirm the address is exactly right. It can take a minute to arrive.

You don't have an account yet

If your company hasn't signed up for Revstar, start at Create your workspace instead. If a teammate invited you, ask them to double-check the email address they used, or resend the invitation from Team settings.
